Whilst practising and teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years I have researched and studied positive psychology and the science of happiness. I went on to train in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and life coaching and continue to develop my work. I love my job as a hypnotherapist and witnessing the often dramatic improvements in peoples lives.
My skills in creating a calm and relaxed environment have been tremendously effective in the group therapy I have taken within the NHS and in prisons as well as the on- going groups I run.
