Hypnotherapy in Stroud and Cheltenham

About me:

Whilst practising and teaching yoga, relaxation and meditation for over 20 years on a full time basis my research into positive psychology led me to train in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and life coaching. This enables me to be adaptable and creative with all the work that I do.
I love my job as a hypnotherapist and witnessing the often dramatic improvements in peoples lives.

My skills in creating a calm and relaxed environment have been tremendously effective in the group therapy I have taken within the NHS and in prisons as well as the on-going groups I run.

The details of my training can be seen on the qualifications page. I took care to choose the training that is nationally accredited ( HPD & SFBT(Hyp) ), so that I can assure clients they are receiving the best possible treatment.
My training is being updated frequently with regular CPD (continuous professional development) and supervision and I also teach on CPD days.

I have references from the NHS and The Prison Service and many happy customers!

I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

My personal interests include music and dance, poetry and creative writing, rock climbing, body boarding and riding and I love to read and research.
